Refund policies

Returns and Refund Policy:

All sales are final once an order has been processed and prepared for shipping. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure timely fulfillment, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order, but only if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact me  within this 24-hour window. All cancellations are subject to approval based on the status of your order. If approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover processing costs.

After the 24-hour period or once an order has been prepared for shipping, cancellations will not be accepted, and the sale is considered final.
